The iron ore concentrates market in Anhui Province increased CNY 40 per tonne to CNY 50 per tonne in recent days, yet transaction remained good and supply and demand relation was stable. However, we notice mix offers in various areas.

At present, 65% iron ore concentrates is offered at CNY 1430 per tonne in Ma’anshan, CNY 1400 per tonne in Huoqiu and Tongling, 64% iron ore concentrates is CNY 1380 per tonne in Fanchang and Anqing. 62% pellets saw mix offers. It is CNY 1530 per tonne in Fanchang, CNY 1550 per tonne in Anqing, CNY 1580 per tonne in Huoqiu and CNY 1550 per tonne in Tongling.

Steel market this week was in weak fluctuation phrase with no much change on transaction, yet raw material prices eyed strong fluctuation this week, we believe the raw material prices are unlikely to rise again.
