Bloomberg reported that ArcelorMittal South Africa Ltd believes it is still entitled to 6.25 million tonnes of annual iron ore supply from Sishen Iron Ore Mining Co at cost plus 3%.

ArcelorMittal South Africa was commenting on the North Gauteng High Court ruling which said Sishen Iron Ore owns the full mining rights at the Sishen operation.
