Lubelski Wegiel Bogdanka, SA Poland’s only publicly traded coal producer, said that its 2010 net income rose to PLZ 229.8 million from PLZ 191.5 million a year earlier.

That compares with the PLZ 226.2 million mean estimate of six analyst surveyed by Bloomberg. In November, the company forecast its 2010 net income will reach PLZ 224 million.
