It is reported that Ministry of Land and Resources declared to establish domestic mining rights market website on June 8th. It will continue to promote mining rights visible market establishment and further make uniform rules for mining rights transfers.

In order to improve the visible market, persons responsible in Ministry of Land and Resources stated that they will speed up building of municipal mining rights transaction institutes and complete the construction by the end of October 2011. They will focus on promotion of internet transaction of domestic mining rights. At the meantime, MLR further proposed that they will make uniform rules for mining rights transfers so as to further regulate the transaction and improve mining rights visible market.

According to MLR, all applications for mining rights transfers must be published on domestic mining rights market website since April 1 2011 so as to enhance supervision of mining rights visible market.
