Clough AMEC, the equal share JV between Clough Limited and AMEC plc, has further strengthened its management team with the announcement of two new key appointments in former Worley Parsons Country Manager for Malaysia Mr Simon Taylor and Mr Howard Priestley former Vice President, Strategy & Development for Transfield Services Canada.

Mr Simon will take over as GM for the JV while Mr Howard has been appointed to the role of business development manager.

Mr Andy Antoci board member of Clough AMEC said that "These external appointments are an important milestone for Clough AMEC, and are a further confirmation that both parent companies are in full support of this service oriented business."

He added that "Having previously been based in Perth, Western Australia for a number of years, both Mr Simon and Mr Howard are very familiar with the Australia and South East Asia region and the opportunities that exist for Clough AMEC there.
