Pittsburgh Business Times reported that Consol Energy Inc is expected to complete demolition work, a little more than a week following the collapse of two conveyor belts serving the Bailey and Enlow Fork mines in Greene and Washington counties.

The collapse on the weekend of July 28 2012 fully impacted operations at the mines, and the Southpointe based Consol said if one conveyor belt was back online the mines could return to about 60% capacity. A Consol spokeswoman confirmed the demolition work was to be finished later in the day.
