StockMarketWire.com reported that DTEK companies increased their production substantially in 2011. As per report output at DTEK's mines increased by 19.7% to 22.9 million tonnes of coal, while electricity production rose to 33.0 TWh and electricity sales grew to 14.1 TWh.

The production indicators of all DTEK operated companies increased as they introduced operational improvements and benefited from a large-scale equipment upgrade program.
