Switzerland based iron ore pellet producer Ferrexpo Plc said that its total pellet production from own ore in the third quarter increased 2.8% from the sequential second quarter.

During the quarter, the company produced 2.37 million tonnes of total pellets from own raw materials, higher than 2.31 million tonnes produced in the prior quarter. Iron ore production increased 0.8 percent sequentially, while concentrate production was up 2.9 percent.
