According to China's National Development and Reform Commission, in 2011, raw coal production reached 98.20 million tonne in China's Heilongjiang Province, up 1.13 million tonne or 1.2% YoY, while coal sales in the province reached 88.23 million tonne, down 1.10 million tonne or 1.2% YoY.

As per report the average price of coal in Heilongjiang Province in 2011 was CNY 790 per tonne (USD 125/mt), up by 11.2% YoY.

In the first 11 months of 2011, large scale coal mining and dressing enterprises in Heilongjiang achieved a sales revenue of CNY 61.1 billion (USD 9.7 billion), up by 24.5% YoY
