ICT to appeal against South African HC decision on Sishen Iron ore

Bloomberg reported that Imperial Crown Trading Ltd will appeal a South African High Court decision to overturn the award to it of a 21.4 percent right in the country’s Sishen iron ore mine.

ICT lawyer Mr Ronnie Mendelow said that the award, which is disputed by Anglo American Plc’s Kumba Iron Ore and ArcelorMittal South Africa Ltd will be appealed early in the New Year.
