It is reported that a transfer pricing inquiry is expected to be launched into Indonesia’s second largest coal producer after allegations were made that it had caused losses to national revenue of USD 63 million.

As per report members of the Indonesian House of Representatives are claiming that the company PT Adaro Energy deliberately sold coal at below market value to minimize its tax liability.
