International Mining and Infrastructure Corporation plc announced the appointment of Mr Andrew Buxton, Mr John Negroponte, Mr Magnus Ericsson and Mr Carson Wen to the Company's Advisory Board.

Mr Andrew Buxton will chair the Advisory Board. This distinguished group of individuals, who have a wealth of experience and a global network of contacts, particularly in Asia and the financial and mining sectors, will provide IMIC with strategic guidance on the execution of its investment strategy in iron ore mining and related infrastructure projects in Africa.
