Reuters reported that Korea Midland Power KOMIPO has tendered to buy 90,000 tonnes of thermal coal for delivery between mid April and June.

According to the document, the utility is seeking three shipments of bituminous coal with a minimum calorific value of 5,200 kcal per kilogram to supply its Seocheon power plant.

The delivery period is from April 15th to June 30th. The tender will close on April 8th.
