Bloomberg cited Mr Zhang Wenxue Chairman of Kailuan Group Ltd Liability Corp as saying that the company plans to build two coal storage bases this month.

He said that the storage base in Caofeidian which will be built in two phases will have a throughput of 100 million tonnes and that for the Jingtanggang base will be 20 million tonnes. The company coal output capacity will rise to 100 million tons in 2015 from this year 60 million tons.
