Mining companies of Primrslkiy region got order from Japan

Prime-tass reported that Primorskiy GOK (mining and processing plant) and AIR mining company have concluded a contract on 6 wagons of concentrate to Japan in Q1 2009. The contract will provide the loading of the mills capacities. The customer is Japanese company working in automotive market.

According to the report, earlier the region governor, Mr Sergey Darkin set the task to the region administration to develop the measures on mining industry support. In particular, Primorskiy GOK and AIR are included into the list of the companies given aids from the region budget for electrical energy payment. Saved money will be used for production development. The inquiry on state support of Primorskiy GOK and AIR was sent to the Russian Government as a part of governmental order for state reserves formation.

Mining complex including Primorskiy GOK and AIR process ores producing copper and tungsten concentrate. It is the biggest industrial complex in the region. Total staff number is 1300 people. The salary id the highest in mining industry more than RUB 20,000 a month.
