
It is reported that Mr Danny Williams premier of Newfoundland and Labrador from 2003 to 2010 is joining Alderon Iron Ore Corp team as special advisor to the chairman.
Alderon is developing the Kami iron ore project near Labrador City and Wabush and targets first commercial production at an annual rate of 8 million tonnes of 65.5% iron concentrates in 2015.
Mr Mark Morabito Alderon executive chairman said Mr Williams will be an incredible resource for us in the months and years ahead as we advance the Kami project and strengthen our reputation in the province.
Mr Williams a Rhodes Scholar with degrees from Oxford University and Dalhousie University in Halifax practiced as a lawyer and had wide experience in private-sector business before moving into politics.
