Mr Per Lindqvist is 48 years of age and holds an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Mr Per will reports to Leif Boström senior vice president finance and will assume his new position effective August 22nd at LKAB's Group Head Office in Lulea.

Mr Per served most recently as acting manager of Danske Markets Sweden, a company that manages foreign exchange, derivatives, debt capital markets, equities and corporate finance.

He also has extensive experience of corporate management in his capacity as board member of Svenska Fondhandlareföreningen, Fondhandlareföreningens Penningmarknadsrad and Nasdaq OMX Advisory Board.
