Bloomberg reported that power station coal prices at Australia’s Newcastle port, an Asian benchmark rose by 0.2% in the week ended December 9th 2011
According to the globalCOAL NEWC Index, coal prices at the New South Wales port advanced to AUD 111.53 a tonne from AUD 111.29 the previous week.
