Pig iron buyers in Far East suspend purchasing

At present the prices quoted by the suppliers are too high, so that pig iron buyers in Far East are still holding off from purchasing.
In Japan, pig iron's prices hit FOB USD 265 to USD 270 per tonne FOB or USD 280 to USD 285 per tonne CNF unchanged from last week. The latest price reached USD 265 to USD 275 per tonne CNF.
Brazil's pig iron was priced at USD 240 to USD 245 per tonne FOB or USD 270 to USD 275 per tonne CNF.
