Polo Resources in option agreement for acquisition of MinFer Holdings

Polo Resources has signed an option agreement with the holders of the remaining 30% of MinFer Holdings.
The company now has an option to acquire the entire issued share capital of MinFer on broad terms announced on November 9.
MinFer, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of iron ore projects in Brazil.
