It is reported that RIMCapital Ltd, a joint venture partner of China Railway Materials Commercial Corporation, is reviewing BHP Billiton scheme of arrangement merger with United Mineral Ltd on October 16th.

The BHP offer which has the support of United directors came after the announcement of a USD 27.2 million share placement to China Railway.
