Rockex Mining Corporation announced the appointment of Mr Edward Yew as President and chief executive officer.

Mr Pierre Gagne chairman of the Board said that "His experience in the capital markets as a metals and materials analyst, including iron ore and metcoal, as well as his experience as a practising engineer, will be invaluable to Rockex in advancing its Lake St. Joseph iron deposit projects."
