SAIL seeks to purchase 600 000 tonnes of coal

It is reported that Steel Authority of India Ltd is seeking bids for the supply of 600,000 tonnes of coking coal for its steel units.
SAIL in a notice on its website said that the fuel must be delivered between February and September and the minimum bid quantity is one vessel of 75,000 tonnes. The tender, which allows for 10% supply flexibility, closes on January 25.
