It is reported that OJSC SUEK plans to supply Yenisei TGK with 14.35 million tonnes of coal in 2012.

Under the concluded supplementary agreement, the company has the option of +/-15% of the purchased coal volume. SUEK previously planned to supply TGK-13 with up to 16.5 million tonnes of coal with corresponds to the amount of the new agreement with the maximum option.

The price per tonne of coal will stay the same in 2012 for various combined heat and power plants and fields it will range between RUB 650.7 and RUB 847.1 without VAT. In 2013-2016, SUEK plans to supply TGK-13 with 14.8 million tonnes of coal each year.

For 2011, coal supplies were set at 13.9 million tonnes +/-15%, while the cost was between RUB 586.2 and RUB 763.2 per tonne.

Under the agreement, SUEK must therefore supply TGK-13 with 87.45 million tonnes of coal from the Borodinsky and Nazarovsky strip mines, +/-15 in 2011-2016.
