Sesa Goa Ltd has informed BSE that Mr HPUK Nair, whole time Director of the company attained Superannuation of age on September 30th 2009 and his contract as Wholetime Director also expired on that date, hence he ceased to be Director and Wholetime Director of the Company with effect from October 1st 2009.
