It is reported that Shanxi Coal International Energy Group (600546) plans to invest CNY 50 million to set up Shanxi Coal International Group Jizhong Limited, which will engage in the wholesale and distribution of coal and conduct research into high-technology fields.
The subsidiary will also trade construction materials, steel, iron ore, and coal equipment.
