It is reported that Shenhua Ningxia Coal Mining Group produced 14.43 million tonnes of coal in the first three months, rising by 3.32 million tonnes or 29.8% compared with the same period last year. Its coal sales totalled 14.03 million tonnes to mark an increase of 2.75 million tonnes or 24.44%.

The group is expected to produce 60 million tonnes in 2010. Its earnings will hit CNY 5 billion. In addition, the group’s investment in infrastructure will touch CNY14 billion.
