It is reported that Yangchangwan Coal Mine, owned by Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group has achieved a new breakthrough in coal production, surpassing 10 million tonnes in the period ended November 25th.

As per report, the coal mine, located at the brim of Maowusu Desert in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, produced 74,900 tonnes of raw coal on November 8th making a new record for daily coal output in Ningxia. Moreover, the Y110206 working face produced 670,000 tonnes coal in September, a new record high output for fully-mechanized working face in Ningxia.

Yangchangwan Coal Mine is a large-sized modern mine that integrate raw coal production with coal processing, preparation and sales. It mainly produces low-metamorphic non-caking coal, with low-ash, low-sulphur and extra-low phosphor.
