Beijing based Chinese steelmaker Shougang Group has stated that the iron ore pellet output of its palletizing plant reached 2,030,829 tonne in the first half of the current year, up by 11,798 tonne year on year and constituting a record high.

In the first quarter of the current year, the pellet output in question reached 1,012,587 tonne, exceeding a quarterly figure of one million tonne for the first time ever.
