It is reported that Sinopec plans to build a coal chemical base in Anhui province jointly with Wanbei Coal Electricity Group.

The two parties will establish a joint venture, Anhui Zhongan United Coal Chemical with each party holding a stake of 50%. Total spending on the coal chemical base is CNY 24.2 billion. The base will be completed in three years.
