DJ reported that UGL Limited has signed rail car supply and maintenance contracts worth AUD 108 million with the Australian coal mining unit of Anglo Swiss miner Xstrata Plc.

United said that it will design and manufacture 10 locomotives for Xstrata Coal and maintain those locomotives and another 300 wagons for 10 years.
