It is reported that during January to June 2012 period, the Ukrainian coal mining enterprises produced 42,799,300 tonnes of coal, which is 8710,400 tonnes, (25.6%) ahead of January to June 2012 target and 2097,000 tonnes (5.2%) ahead of January to June 2011 target.

In June 2012, the enterprises, subject to the ministry, produced 2055,500 tonnes of coal, which is 14.2 million tonnes (0.7%) ahead the 2012 target and 11,700 tonnes (0.6 %) ahead the 2011 target.

During January to June 2012 period, 12,119,100 tonnes of coal were produced, which is 257.6 million tonnes (2.2%) ahead the target. If compare with the corresponding period in 2011, the production rose by 28,900 tonnes (0.3%).
