Energy and Minerals Australia Limited advises that unsuccessful litigant Yarri Mining Pty Ltd, having lost its case against EMA’s subsidiary Narnoo Mining Pty Ltd and having had its appeal unanimously dismissed by the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Western Australia, has made an application to the High Court for special leave to appeal.

EMA has no reason to consider that the outcome of this latest foray will be any different to its predecessors.
