WorleyParsons has signed an agreement with BHP Billiton Iron Ore for EPCM services. Under the framework agreement it will provide these services in regards to "the preparation of project studies and executive of sustaining capital projects over a five year term".

The capital projects consist of mine, rail, and port operations.

WorleyParsons said that it will provide EPCM under its Improve business stream.

Mr John Grill head of the contractor said that "Through this agreement we are able to bring our expertise from our global minerals and metals business together with our experience in long term contracts to our client".
