Kazinform cited Mr A Tumenbayev deputy minister for Industry, Energy and Fuel Resources of Kyrgyz as saying that the second round of talks between Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan industrialists on winter import of Kazakhstan’s energy to Kyrgyzstan will take place in Almaty on September 18th.

He said that the first round of Kyrgyzstan-Kazakhstan talks did not have great successful results. Therefore, the ministry hopes for the upcoming exchange of views and to receive more precise results.
