It is reported that Byelorussian Steel Works sustains the current score of reinforcing bars' supplies to Russia. Around 30,000 tonnes to 32,000 tonnes of these products are planned to be shipped this month.
According to a company spokesman, reinforcing bars produced in January were sold out quickly enough due to the expected steep price rise.
In general, this month BMZ plans to produce reinforcing bars which is close to December rates. Steel production volumes and output of rolled products also remain unchanged.
According to statistics, the plant produced about 2.5 million tonnes of steel.
