Interfax citing Mr Sergei Shmatko Energy Minister of Russia as saying that, capital expenditures on Russia General Scheme for Gas Sector Development until 2030 will come to RUB 12.3 to RUB 14.7 trillion.

These numbers are based on prices as of January 1, 2010. In its first version, the General Scheme carried an aggregate price tag of RUB 13.9 to RUB 16.6 trillion.
