CIS seamless pipe market uncertain

According to a trader, Ukraine seamless pipe exporters have decreased their price by USD 150 per tonne due to slow demand. However, Russia is hiking price by around USD 50 per tonne.

Currently, Russia OEMK offers billet at USD 380 per tonne for Ukraine pipe manufacturer for July, while Ukraine Denprovsky’s billet price is USD 360 per tonne.
