The share of Russian steel producer Severstal in the volume of flat strips purchased by domestic pipe producer Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant has increased to 17% in the early months of the current year. In 2009, the share of Severstal was 9%.

Meanwhile, within the scope of their strategic cooperation agreement, Severstal and ChTPZ have held a meeting to discuss participation in fuel and energy projects.
