It is reported that under a bilateral agreement between the City and ChTPZ Chelyabinsk plant has initiated the installation of alternative electronic sensors to measure the potential emissions of pollutants.

The new system will start from 2012 and allow the city to get another independent source of information about the environment. ChTPZ has become one of the five Chelyabinsk enterprises that have demonstrated environmental transparency and willingness to invest in environmental information.
