Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant has announced that it consolidated 100% of the shares in Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant. Both companies are members of the ChTPZ Group.

The Chelyabinsk mill in the summer notified the Federal Financial Markets Service that it would make a compulsory offer to PNTZ shareholders to buy 3,765,714 shares or 15.47% of the company's shares.

The offer was posted to the PNTZ shareholders in October.

PNTZ has 24,340,086 issued common shares, par value 20 rubles each.
