According to current data, in May total steel product volume shipped from the shops of JSC Electrometallurgical Works Dneprospetsstal named after A.N. Kuzmin comprised 17 278 tonnes that is by 22,7% more when compared to April 2009. For the same period rolled stock production made up 9 932tonnes that is by 8,1% less versus to April of the current year. For the five month period of the year 2009, total commodity output amounted UAH 737 million 258,000.

In May total steel output made 36,7% and that of rolled stock made 31,7% as against to the same period of the year 2008. Commodities output reduced by 61% as compared to May 2008.
