Ukrainian Journal reported that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is considering the issue of a USD 200 million in syndicated loan to Nibulon one of the largest Ukrainian producers and exporters of grains and oilseeds.

According to the bank, the EBRD Board of Directors plans to make decision on this project on July 10.
