Ukrainian Journal reported that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is considering the issue of USD 200 million to Ukrainian banks and leasing companies to finance energy efficiency projects.

Within the program the Austrian Ministry of Finance is expected to issue grants to provide technical assistance to Ukrainian financial institutions, sub-borrowers and experts.
