Ukrainian Journal cited Mr Olena Borysova manager of the EBRD Energy Efficiency and Climate Change Project as saying that European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Eco-Optima are planning in April to sign a loan agreement on the construction of a wind power plant with a capacity of 12.5 MW in Starosambir district.

She said that "We hope an agreement with Eco-Optima will be signed in April."

The bank and the company have not disclosed the loan amount.
