It is reported that the Board of Directors of OJSC Krasnoyarskaya Sudoverf made a decision to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on January 16 2012.
The record date is December 16. The shareholders are expected to consider an interested-party transaction with OJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel.
OJSC Krasnoyarskaya Sudoverf is a subsidiary of OJSC Yeniseyskoe Rechnoye Parokhodstvo.
