Kommersant-Ukraine reported citing European Commission documents that the European Union may lower import duties for Interpipe a Ukrainian maker of pipes, for the second time since July.

As per report, the European Commission passed a draft resolution to the EU Council that envisages cutting the duty to 13.8% from 17.7%. The tax was decreased to 17.7% from 25.1% last month.
