Interfax quoted Mr Alexander Lukashenko Belarusian President expressed hope on Friday that recent economic deals with Russia and other countries would make the economic situation in Belarus a bit easier next year.

Mr Lukashenko said "I hope that next year things will be a bit easier due to our agreements with the Russian Federation and with other states. The creation of the Common Economic Space of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan will make things easier."
