Interfax reported that EuroChem Ho0lding has purchased gas producer LLC Severneft-Urengoi.

EuroChem said that it has become the owner of 68% in the enterprise's capital, or a 100% stake with voting rights.

EuroChem filed an application with Russia Federal Antimonopoly Service to purchase a 100% stake in Severneft-Urengoi in October 2011. The company is an independent gas producer.

According to the SPARK database, LLC Severneft-Urengoi was registered in May 2011 in Ryazan. The co-owners in the enterprise were CJSC Rusneftegazresurs with 64.67%, LLC Global BiLand Communications 32%, F-Management Ltd 3.2% and company general director Dania Latypova 0.06%.
