It is reported that Novokuznetsk Steel Plant received a certificate of compliance for the new type of products switch point rails made of low alloyed steel.

The Certification Register at the Federal Railway Transport found that this product complies with the safety standards established by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.

In order to improve the quality of rail products in accordance with the consumer demand, the specialists of the plant together with the scientists of All-Russian Railway Research Institute and specialists of Russian Railways developed the production technology of switch point rail made of low alloyed steel with increased concentration of chrome and silicone.
